My mother’s home has had constant issues with a blocked drain. We have tried numerous plumbers over the years without success as the problem always resurfaced. We were led to believe that tree roots were the cause and that these roots continued to grow back periodically. We recently commissioned a plumber to run a camera down our pipes to confirm the actual problem. They reported that we had a broken pipe and that the only solution was to excavate and replace the existing pipe. We were quoted an amount just under $8000 with an additional $5000 if further damage was detected. We decided to get a second quote and we were fortunate to be directed to Andrew. Andrew came out next day and ran a camera down the same drain. In less than an hour he approached us with his beautiful smile and stated that the problem was FIXED. He was honest and very thorough and the problem all along was a good sized rock that had found it’s way into our drainage system. We cannot thank him enough and we highly recommend him and his company. We will never look elsewhere for any future plumbing requirements. Every now and again we may come across an exceptional person in this world. We came across Andrew and he is EXEPTIONAL.
